Once again, we wait for years for this game and even after 2 years from its release for OS X, this guys couldnt make a decent support for any controller. the analogs keep spinning and i think i spent another 15 bucks in a game that they dont have the decency to make a gamepad support. SHAME ON YOU ROCKSTAR. AND SHAME ON APPLE FOR THIS BIG DECEPTION REGARLESS FAMOUS GAMES ON OS X. IF YOU CANNOT PLAY ON YOUR KEYBOARD LIKE ME< DON`T BUY THIS GAME.

WOW! Just got it and is bringing me old good memories. I remeber when was spending endless hours playing this game when was released a decade ago. Since I stop dedicating my life to console gaming and switched to the computing industry with Macs I felt a little empty in the gaming area because theres not that many "open-word" games available in the Mac App Store from the original publishers like RockStar Games. But now things has being changing lately and good games are hitting the Mac App Store. Thank you RockStar Games! I hope you bring the GTA 5 to the Mac App Store. I will definitely will be looking forward to it. Note: And please, update more frequently your Apps here… Thanks :-)

I dont know what to rate it because it wont download. it just sits there and says downloading. can someone tell me how to fix this?

I download this game and when its downloading, it stopped. I have NO IDEA why. The computer says failed and I dont know why but I have to and really want to figure it out. I gave 10 bucks for this game but it stopped when Im downloading it. Please someone HELP ME.

This game is a lot of fun although i wsh i got GTA 3. I advise you get 3 instead

Very disappointed that this game has no gamepad support, which makes it pretty much impossible to play on a MacBook. Even if you get software that will map to the buttons it will just spin once you try to use one of the triggers. I love this game so I was very disappointed to realize this. I’d be happy to change my rating if they fix the problem but this was just a waste of money for me as it is.

Gameplay is just as good as console. Audio is tinny and distorted at times.

Earlier today I realized this classic game had a Mac port, and at less than ten bucks I had to buy it. I’m glad I did - I’ve been playing it for hours, and so far it’s flawless, smooth, and fun on my rMBP13. I’m going to buy GTAIII once I’ve beaten this one. I loved it on the PS2, and it’s better still on the Mac. (For comparison, I had the Windows port and didn’t really enjoy it - perhaps the notion of booting into Windows for a game was too bothersome.) I haven’t encountered any bugs yet. I love the responsiveness playing with a gamepad, which contrasts with some of the reviews that said they couldn’t get a gamepad to work. If it matters, I’m using a “steelseries” gamepad. Every time I start or load a game, it crashes with an error. Even tried removing and reinstalling it. Can’t play it at all. Disappointing.

I launch the application and there is no video running at all. I can hear the audio perfectly. What’s wrong with this? Is there any fix for it or if not I need my money back.

Listen, I HAD this game. It was deleted along with all the other data on my computer when it had a problem. But anyway, a word of advice: GET THIS ON A MAC, NOT A MACKBOOK PRO, AIR OR ANYTHING ELSE. PLAYING ON A LAPTOP DRASTICALLY REDUCES THE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS A 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE THIS IS JUST ADVICE. DO NOT GET ON A MACKBOOK!!!!!!!

Please fix the gamepad flaw it hardly works with most game pads and also please update the sound its still fuzzy espiacly the radio

its a good game but when i bout it i eexpected i pad graphics and audio because vcpr has some audio problems. I also dont know how to go forward with that darn rc helicopter on the job with the bombs.

After playing GTA 5 for many months, I still feel like this is one of the best GTA stories out there.

I purchased then went to download and it says an error has occured - download from purchases page. Okay so I try and no luck - i get same error and cant download it. I want my money back…..

i want to start of by saying this game is awesome,i have been playing gta my entire life,but im having an issue with updating the game to the current version.can anyone explane why am i having this issue please. Thanks
